The Venue
Exclusive Access

The custom venue package includes exclusive access to all of the venue spaces at The Treasury on the Plaza for up to 10 hours for a wedding reception only or 11 hours for a wedding ceremony and reception.

Dedicated Event Manager

Your event manager works with you and your wedding coordinator to seamlessly assist with venue-related planning. They are also your venue team leader on event day.

A multitude of support staff are on hand the day of your event to greet guests, complete set up, open doors, transition spaces, and maintain cleanliness.

Catering

Our team will assign an expert caterer to provide culinary delights for your event! Your caterer will provide butler-passed appetizers for cocktail hour, a plated salad and bread baskets served tableside, and a buffet dinner, which includes a variety of entrees and side options, depending on the menu selected. (A plated dinner option is available for an additional fee.)

Catering
Day-of Coordination

A certified wedding coordinator will be assigned to your event from the Eat, Drink & Be Married Package list. They will guide you through the planning process and use their expertise to execute your dream wedding! Coordinator will begin services at 90 days prior to the wedding day.

As a special part of your event planning experience, we offer complimentary personalized bar tastings, which are typically scheduled three months in advance of your event. You’ll be able to sit back and relax as you meet with the incredible members of our bar team to sample and select the perfect beverage options.

The Eat, Drink, and Be Married Package is offered seven days a week through 2026! Pricing below includes catering, bar services, wedding coordination, and all of The Treasury's venue amenities. The prices below are for 100 guests or less. After 100 guests, an additional price per person will apply, with a maximum for this package of 175 guests.

Access Time

If hosting a wedding reception only, 10 hours of venue access are included with the Eat, Drink, and Be Married Package. Adding your wedding ceremony adds an additional hour of venue access, for a total of 11 hours. We only host one event per day. The chart below shows your event timeline.

A one-hour wedding ceremony rehearsal is included when hosting your ceremony with us as a part of the Eat, Drink, and Be Married Package. This is typically scheduled at 9:30 am the day before. (You will confirm this with your event manager.)

Along with access to all of our event spaces, The Treasury on the Plaza includes many of your necessary venue rental items, as well as specialty lighting for your event. Please see our Venue Packages & Amenities (above) for a complete listing.

For banquets and wedding receptions venue access is 10 hours, which includes getting ready, setup, and clean up time after the event. Adding a wedding ceremony comes with an additional hour of access time (for a total of 11 hours.) All venue spaces are accessible for the entirety of your event. We request that all guests exit the building by no later than 12 am. Additional time can be added as needed for a minimal fee.

The Treasury only hosts one wedding per day, so dates do book up very quickly. Saturdays during peak months can book up more than a year and a half in advance! Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss availability for your event.

We recommend an appointment to ensure a private tour with a member of our Treasury team. We also want to ensure privacy for our clients during events. Please visit our contact page or call 904-217-0077 to schedule your tour.

Yes! We offer discounted rates during off-peak months. We have also created a unique Intimate Wedding Package that bundles together all of your most essential vendors for one amazing rate! This package is available for select Monday-Thursday and summer Sundays in 2023 and 2024.

Treasury on the Plaza couples must select their caterer and wedding coordinator from the Key Vendor list above. Pricing will vary depending on the vendor and packages selected.

 

After securing your wedding coordinator and caterer from our key vendor list, you are welcome to choose all other vendors to customize your day. The vendors under the Preferred Vendor list above have worked many events at The Treasury and have received incredible feedback from our couples and staff! If a vendor has not worked at the treasury before, we do ask that they provide proof of insurance.

Yes! The Treasury on the Plaza has the ability to reserve up to 50 parking spaces after 5:00 pm in the private lot adjoining the building for an additional fee. Pricing will vary based on the date.

The Treasury on the Plaza has a full liquor license, so all beverage services will be provided by our team. Please see our Bar Packages. We look forward to customizing your selections during your bar tasting!
