Your package includes exclusive access for your reception (10 hours) or wedding ceremony and reception (11 hours) to the following venue spaces:

Q: What is included with your venue rental at The Treasury?

Along with access to all of our event spaces, The Treasury on the Plaza includes many of your necessary venue rental items, as well as specialty lighting for your event. Please see our Event Packages & Amenities (above) for a complete listing.

Q: What is the timeframe for venue access?

For banquets and wedding receptions venue access is 10 hours, which includes getting ready, setup, and clean up time after the event. Adding a wedding ceremony comes with an additional hour of access time (for a total of 11 hours.) Additional time can be added as needed for a minimal fee. All venue spaces are accessible for the entirety of your event. We request that all guests exit the building by no later than 12am.

Q: How far in advance should I book my event? How do I find out if my date is available?

The Treasury only hosts one wedding per day, so dates do book up very quickly. Saturdays during peak months can book up more than a year and a half in advance! Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss availability for your event.

Q: Do you require an appointment in order to tour the venue?

We recommend an appointment to ensure a private tour with a member of our Treasury team. We also want to ensure privacy for our clients during events. Please visit our contact page or call 904-217-0077 to schedule your tour.

Q: Are there peak and off-peak days of the week and times of year at The Treasury? How do these off-peak dates affect pricing?

Yes! Certain dates on our 2017-2018 event calendar in February, July, August and September are considered off-peak. Friday, Sunday, and Monday through Wednesday are also off-peak days of the week. During these off-peak dates pricing can vary, but overall is lower when compared to peak dates. Please contact us for additional details and availability.

Q: Do you have an approved vendor list? What are the requirements for vendors?

The Treasury has created a wonderful vendor list, which includes some of the best event experts in the St. Augustine, Northeast Florida, and Central Florida regions (see the Approved Vendor List below.) We do require that you hire an Event Coordinator from this list for a minimum of “Day Of” planning services, as well as one of the approved caterers. All other vendors on the list are not required. However, we do require that all vendors provide proof of insurance and two letters of recommendation (preferably from another venue) if they have not worked at The Treasury prior to your event.

Q: Is on-site parking available?

The Treasury on the Plaza has parking spaces in a private lot adjoining the building that are available with special reservations on evenings, weekends and holidays.

Q: What are the closest hotels and overnight accommodations for out of town guests?
